Once your custom aligners arrive, you’ll wear them for about 20–22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink (except water), brush, and floss. Every couple of weeks, you’ll switch to a new set of aligners as your teeth continue to move into alignment.
Because the aligners are removable, you can enjoy your favorite foods and maintain excellent oral hygiene without wires or brackets getting in the way. After treatment, you’ll transition to wearing a retainer as directed to keep your new smile in perfect shape.
